Mohammad Rabie’s writing process of “Otared”

Egyptian writer Mohammad Rabie is the author of the dystopian novel Otared (Hoopoe, 2016).

“The novel explores notions of nationalism and the defense of one’s country, ideas which police officers talk about all the time.”
